WHY IT WORKS

To put it simply, Mark and Jennifer do the heavy lifting (literally)! Mark has nearly 30 years of fitness and health experience and saw how his body, mindset, and happiness transformed once he started a plant-based diet. He’s been a vegan athlete for over 15 years and has only become fitter, stronger, and happier.

Jennifer’s been an educator her entire adult life and loves living a plant-based lifestyle and teaching others the positive effects proper plant-based nutrition and physical fitness can have on their bodies and overall lives.

Together, they create and test every recipe in their meal plans, along with every single exercise they use in their customized workouts. Oh, and they practice all their mindset activities as well!
